Oper is a European fintech leader in cloud-based mortgage software, with offices in Antwerp. We’re seeking an AI-native Customer Support Representative to join our Belgium-based, hybrid team ( Antwerp office 2–3 days a week ) operating in CET hours and reporting to Head of Customer Success.

You will deliver world‑class support via Zendesk, automate repetitive tasks, investigate client issues with a metric-driven mindset, and continuously learn Oper’s products to help customers succeed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a customer-facing support role in SaaS/fintech/B2B software.

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class support via Zendesk and explain platform use.
• Understand customer context and support them with questions and problems.
• Investigate bugs and coordinate with product/engineering to resolve issues.
