Luminus NV is looking for a CX AI Solutions Specialist to bring AI to life across our customer care channels. You will bridge AI strategy, technology and business needs, delivering AI-driven improvements to customer interactions and digital services.

You will lead AI initiatives from concept to implementation, measure impact, and collaborate with IT, Data, and enterprise teams to ensure successful delivery and responsible AI adoption.

Formación

• Master's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience at the intersection of customer experience, IT and AI.
• Experience with AI technologies used in customer care (conversational AI, automation, digital engagement).
• Hands-on prompt engineering and conversational design.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Genesys Cloud or equivalent platforms.
• Strong project management, analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French with working knowledge of the other language; willing to travel between Luminus locations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate AI opportunities across the customer care ecosystem and translate needs into initiatives.
• Lead AI projects from concept to delivery with defined business requirements and business cases.
• Improve AI-powered interactions through monitoring, prompt engineering and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, Enterprise Architecture and other stakeholders to align AI initiatives with priorities.
• Measure impact on satisfaction, efficiency and cost, and identify further improvements.
• Support change management and promote new ways of working while ensuring data privacy and responsible AI practices.
