• Define and structure data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth and competitive advantages.
• Assess maturity of AI and data foundation; define building blocks for AI-first operating model.
• Create business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap; plan ecosystem partnerships and operating model.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
