Job summary

NTT DATA Belgium is seeking an experienced AI & Data Engineer to drive AI and data transformation for clients. You will combine presales engagement with design and hands‑on engineering to deliver production‑ready solutions.

The role covers the full lifecycle from PoVs to deployment, emphasizing data platforms, ETL/ELT, Gen AI, LLMs, and RAG. Strong cloud, governance, and DevOps practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Engineering/AI/Data Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in AI & Data Engineering or related roles.
• Experience designing enterprise data platforms and AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data lakes, lakehouses and data warehouses.
• Hands-on with ETL/ELT, data pipelines and integration.
• Proficient in Python; SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative AI and data solutions for NTT DATA clients.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and production‑ready solutions.
• Leverage data platforms, data pipelines and integrations across cloud environments.
• Participate in presales activities and customer workshops.
• Build AI‑ready data layers for analytics and machine learning.
