SECO Belgium is seeking an AI & Data Engineer to join our hybrid digital transformation team. You will bridge traditional software development with low-code solutions, enabling automation, analytics, and AI integration across enterprise workflows.

The role requires strong Python, Power Platform (PowerApps/Power Automate), and ML experience, plus a proactive approach to learning and implementing AI techniques in real business contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ML frameworks or AI projects is required.
• Hands-on PowerApps and Power Automate development experience.
• Strong understanding of data integration and REST APIs.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.

SECO Group is looking for a AI & Data Engineer.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled AI, Python & PowerApps Developer to join our digital transformation team. This hybrid role bridges traditional software development with low-code/no-code solutions, supporting business process automation, data analytics, and AI integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python development, experience with Microsoft Power Platform (especially PowerApps and Power Automate), and a keen interest in applying AI/ML solutions to real-world business problems.

Key responsabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and scripts.
• Build and deploy machine learning models using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Integrate AI solutions (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics, computer vision) into enterprise workflows.
• Work with APIs and automation frameworks to connect disparate systems.

PowerApps Development

• Design and build custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps.
• Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate.
• Integrate Power Platform apps with SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and other Microsoft services.
• Ensure responsive and user-friendly UI/UX in PowerApps.

General

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and end users.
• Document technical specifications and provide end-user training and support.
• Stay current on emerging AI trends, Microsoft Power Platform updates, and relevant technologies.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of all solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with machine learning, AI frameworks, or related projects.
• Hands-on experience developing with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Good understanding of data integration, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services, Dataverse, and Microsoft Copilot integration.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and version control (e.g., Git).
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or AI/ML (a plus).
