Pauwels Consulting is seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst and Product Owner to join an innovation department in Antwerpen. The role acts as a bridge between business and IT, translating operational needs into scalable digital solutions while managing the product roadmap and backlog.

Requirements include 5+ years in ICT business analysis, strong Agile/Scrum experience, BPM, API integration, and Dutch at C2 level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in ICT environments.
• 5+ years experience in general business operations applied to ICT.
• Proven Agile and Scrum experience and product management.
• Experience with BPM development and optimization.
• Knowledge of Project Management aspects including costs, timing, coordination, planning.
• Experience with reporting tools, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Experience with stakeholder management in complex environments.
• Knowledge of change management and adoption processes.
• Experience with integration challenges and API architecture.
• Fluent in Dutch at C2 level.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and document business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Act as Product Owner within agile trajectories, managing the backlog, priorities, and roadmap.
• Optimize business processes and support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder consultations to align expectations and requirements.
• Monitor the quality, progress, and value creation of digital solutions.
• Contribute actively to innovative projects within the intelligence and innovation department.
