Rhox in Belgium seeks an experienced Agile Programme Manager for Automation to lead backend automation initiatives from design to production release and maintenance, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

The role coordinates a multidisciplinary team, prioritises the Automation portfolio, and governs risks and dependencies while reporting to steering groups. French and Dutch language proficiency is essential for stakeholder engagement in the public sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in public-sector program management, including scoping and delivery coordination.
• Ability to apply Agile methods across multiple disciplines and teams.
• Proven people management skills in non-hierarchical environments.
• Experience with governance, reporting, risk and dependency management.
• Strong understanding of backend service landscapes and security considerations.
• Clear communication with management and stakeholders in French and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Prioritise Automation portfolio based on objectives, benefits, capacity and dependencies.
• Sequence work across process managers and developers to maintain delivery flow.
• Establish governance for the Automation release train including rituals and reporting.
• Align the roadmap with strategic plans, architecture standards and security requirements.
• Represent train in cross-team coordination and steering committee discussions.
• Coach team members and support knowledge transfer to increase autonomy.
