ASCO, part of Montana Aerospace, Belgium, is seeking an Engineering Quality Engineer to perform First Article Inspections and validate manufacturing routings and control plans. The role focuses on ensuring process stability and product quality before series production.

The EQ Engineer will validate FAI, deltas, CPs, ATS and CCs, review customer requirements, and support PFMEA as well as cross-site quality improvements. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is preferred.

Qualifications

0 to 2 years' experience in quality or manufacturing.
Experience in industrial production or product development and design.
Strong technical knowledge of product and process.
Deep knowledge of quality systems with safety and analytics focus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Willingness to travel is an asset.

Responsabilités

Carry out FAI on new products and validate related files.
Validate control plans for all manufactured parts.
Validate routings and ATS for polishing and assembly.
Validate Asco Control Cards for manufactured parts.
Review customer requirements to ensure content is correct, complete, clear, and measurable.
Create control plans and specify inspection strategies with process partners.
Validate CMM programs and control tools.
Participate in PFMEA activities to proactively prevent problems.
Provide Engineering Quality support across Asco sites.
