Rhox seeks an AEM junior Functional Analyst to bridge Marketing, Sales and technical teams. You will translate business needs into actionable functional specs for responsive design, content components, and clear user journeys, working with an Adobe Solution Architect.

You will run workshops, prepare user stories in Jira/DevOps, and document decisions to support SEO and consistent implementation across the site.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a functional analyst or in an AEM-related role.
• Ability to translate business requirements into precise functional documentation for developers.
• Experience working in Agile delivery using Jira or DevOps to prepare user stories.
• Knowledge of responsive design, UX concepts, and content-driven SEO for websites.

Responsabilités

• Translate business requirements into implementable AEM functionalities and components.
• Lead workshops with Marketing and Sales to turn questions into clear functional specifications.
• Guide stakeholders on AEM best practices for assets, components, pages, templates, and site structure.
• Prepare functional analyses, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting development documentation.
• Connect wireframes, responsive design, UX concepts, and user journeys to the AEM solution.
• Demonstrate functionality to business users and maintain documentation of Adobe features.
