Description du poste

Excited to work for a key Belgian player in the energy landscape?
The Belgian and European energy landscape is in full swing. As part of Elia Group, a European transmission system operator, Elia Belgium ensures the reliability and sustainability of the electricity supply in our country.

Side‑by‑side with your talented colleagues, you will play a part in building a sustainable, green and reliable energy infrastructure that stimulates economic growth and reduces our ecological footprint.

Only together can we make the biggest impact possible! We believe in the power of diversity and are convinced that an inclusive and diverse work environment leads to more innovation, creativity and better results.

Function

The Long Term Steering Program anticipates futures that might have implications on Elia activity, and ensures the organization is fit for purpose for these developments. Starting from the Elia Group strategy and collaborating with business departments, the program addresses implementation in the core business of Elia Transmission Belgium, identifying main uncertainties in grid development, system operations and market facilitation for the next 10‑15 years, assessing implications of different external scenarios and providing specific analysis of trends on the Belgian system.

It translates Elia’s strategy correctly into the Belgian landscape and maintains an overview of strategic topics to ensure consistent implementation.
