NCIA seeks an experienced IT security professional to manage the Adversary Emulation tool lifecycle and ensure continuous availability. You will handle Linux/Docker/VMware environments, monitor security, and document configurations in a multinational setting.

The role requires strong English communication, scripting ability, and ITIL/Solarwinds familiarity, with a proactive incident response mindset and strict adherence to security practice.

Qualifications

• Mandatory lifecycle management of Adversary Emulation software and availability monitoring.
• Must be tool management SME with strong English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years IT experience; 3+ years in IT security and system administration.
• Experience in Linux administration, Docker, VMware, and scripting.

Responsabilités

• Administer, monitor and report system health and security status.
• Review logs, alerts and ITSM requests; ensure uptime and incident response.
• Maintain inventory of identity sources, IAM, and external tools; document configurations.
• Perform weekly maintenance, backups, and capacity planning; troubleshoot bottlenecks.
