Job Description

We are looking for a talented candidate to fill a role that involves:

  • Answering customer phone calls and emails.
  • Advising customers on products or services.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Handling customer complaints and finding suitable solutions.
  • Creating and following up on quotes.
  • Entering and processing sales orders.
  • Proficiency in common computer programs, with experience in SAP being a strong asset.
  • Understanding of logistical processes and commercial follow-up.
  • A clear affinity with sanitary, heating, and/or technical products.
  • Experience in a similar role or environment where multitasking and workload are daily challenges.
  • Clear and customer-focused communication in Dutch.
  • Strong administrative skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Being a flexible team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
