We are looking for a talented candidate to fill a role that involves:
- Answering customer phone calls and emails.
- Advising customers on products or services.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Handling customer complaints and finding suitable solutions.
- Creating and following up on quotes.
- Entering and processing sales orders.
- Proficiency in common computer programs, with experience in SAP being a strong asset.
- Understanding of logistical processes and commercial follow-up.
- A clear affinity with sanitary, heating, and/or technical products.
- Experience in a similar role or environment where multitasking and workload are daily challenges.
- Clear and customer-focused communication in Dutch.
- Strong administrative skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Being a flexible team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
