Asquare Partners is seeking an Actuarial Function Holder to provide a comprehensive view of the company’s risk profile and align risk management with strategy. The role integrates solvency, financial performance, and business strategy through quantitative analysis and governance‑level reporting.

You will lead the assessment of risk, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and deliver independent, well‑founded recommendations to senior management and governance bodies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in risk management or related field (actuarial/finance).
• Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Credible business partner who can drive topics to completion.

Responsabilités

• Assess and monitor risk profile against the appetite framework.
• Analyze actuarial models, assumptions, sensitivities, and stress scenarios.
• Produce Solvency II reporting to governance bodies.
• Develop and improve risk management framework.
• Analyze impact of action plans on key risks and business strategy.
• Provide independent opinions to support management decisions.
• Contribute to ORSA process.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and provide insights to management.
