Intys is hiring a Purchasing & Procurement Consultant to lead the supplier selection process, source new vendors, and drive RFQ activities. You will build strong relationships with suppliers, ensure on-time delivery and quality, and measure performance with KPIs.

The role involves daily purchasing activities, using ERP systems, drafting technical requirements, and placing orders to maintain the full supply chain.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, purchasing or procurement.
• +5 years of professional experience in industrial, retail, energy or life sciences environments.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset.
• Demonstrates cost savings approach and negotiation skills.

As an Purchasing & Procurement Consultant, you will:

Set up full supplier selection process

• Sourcing of new suppliers for specific business needs
• Prepare and launch of Request for Quotation with suppliers
• Contribution to end-to-end RFP process
• Create supplier Contract and manage Contract execution

Build supplier relationships

• Engage with the suppliers in Dutch
• Ensure the on-time delivery and quality of the raw materials or finished goods
• Measure their performances thanks to KPIs

Participate actively to daily buying activities

• Use ERP for purchasing and procurement movements
• Redaction of technical requirements
• Make and place your orders on-time to ensure the full supply chain cycle
• Apply the procurement process and provide return on experience
• Take part in challenging procurement and purchasing projects across various industries (manufacturing, logistics, energy, infrastructure)
• Performance measurements: Savings P&L and Cost to Complete
• You hold a Master's degree in business, purchasing or procurement
• You have +5 years of professional experience in an industrial, retail, energy or lifesciences environment
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset
• You can easily adapt to your stakeholders and build strong relationships
• You demonstrate cost savings approach, negotiation skills and a proactive mindset
• Experience in public procurement is a real asset
