Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• Several years of AP experience in multinational environment.
• Strong SAP knowledge; SAP S/4HANA a plus.
• Solid VAT and accounting regulations understanding.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Fluent in English.
• Interest in process optimization and automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounts Payable team.
• Oversee end-to-end AP process with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate invoice processing, payments, and AP controls.
• Manage monthly closing, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Ensure VAT, tax, and internal policy compliance.
• Act as main AP contact for multiple stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
