Job summary

Talentus is seeking an Account Manager - Insurance to drive growth by building durable relationships with partners and clients. You will actively prospect, develop innovative insurance solutions, and negotiate collaborations with clients and insurers to expand the portfolio.

The role emphasizes commercial acumen and analytical thinking within a Belgian market. The position offers a dynamic environment, professional team support, and opportunities to work with a mix of insurance products, with

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
PCP- or VVD-cert is a plus.
Experience in professional insurance.
Knowledge of Affinity insurance is a plus.
Strong commercial and negotiating skills.
Analytical, entrepreneurial and results-driven.
Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Fluent in Dutch; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain durable relationships with professional associations, federations and other partners.
Actively prospect and establish new collaborations.
Identify and convert opportunities into sustainable growth.
Develop insurance solutions tailored to clients and members.
Identify and leverage up- and cross-selling opportunities within the portfolio.
Negotiate with clients, partners and insurers for successful collaborations.
Collaborate with internal colleagues and a specialized back-office team for smooth follow-up.
Report to the Sales & Development Manager.
