Forvis Mazars Group SC in Brussels is seeking an Accounting & Tax Manager to own a portfolio of national and international clients. You will lead a team of accountants, deliver accounting and tax services, and act as a strategic partner guiding clients through complex financial challenges.

You will drive growth, shape process improvements, and leverage technology to enhance performance while mentoring talent and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of accounting and tax advisory experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong accounting, tax, and financial reporting expertise.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead client engagements: oversee accounting, tax, and compliance projects from planning to completion.
• Own key client relationships: act as main contact for strategic clients.
• Drive strategic advisory services: identify opportunities and manage risks.
• Manage and develop talent: coach and mentor accounting team.
• Ensure technical excellence: review complex files and deliverables.
• Contribute to business growth: identify opportunities within client relationships.
• Shape operational excellence: improve processes and leverage technology.
