ECOVIS ACTA Consult is seeking an Accounting & Tax Consultant to independently manage a portfolio of accounting files in a fully digital environment. You will ensure accurate bookkeeping, VAT submissions, and financial reporting, while preparing annual accounts and income tax returns.

The role requires a graduate, bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel and financial applications. English proficiency is preferred.

• Strong interest in accounting and taxation; accurate and independent work.
• Strong organizational skills; proficient in Excel and financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage own portfolio of accounting files in a fully digital environment.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing and follow-up of bookkeeping and VAT returns.
• Prepare financial reporting, annual accounts, and income tax returns.
• Analyze financial data, monitor legal and tax obligations, and respond to client questions.
