Solis Talents, a family-owned group in northern Brussels, seeks an experienced accountant with strong taxation and consolidation expertise. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and be based in Evere, Belgium.

You will consolidate financial statements, prepare reports and statutory filings, handle VAT/ISOC returns, support external audits, manage intercompany transactions, and contribute to improving internal tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-company group or trust firm.
• Excellent proficiency in Dutch (B2/C1) required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments.

For this family-owned group based in northern Brussels, we are currently seeking an accountant with excellent knowledge of taxation and consolidation.

In this diverse role, you will report directly to the Finance Manager.

Accountant – The Role

• Ensure the consolidation of financial statements for all group entities
• Prepare regular reports for company management
• Prepare and file annual financial statements
• Prepare and file various tax returns (VAT, ISOC)
• Serve as the point of contact during external audits
• Manage intra-group transactions and ensure they are properly recorded
• Ensure that cash flow levels are in line with the group’s short- and medium-term objectives
• Participate in the continuous improvement of internal tools and processes

Accountant – About You

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics
• You have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multi-company group or as an accountant at a trust firm
• Excellent proficiency in Dutch (B2/C1) is required
• An excellent communicator, you propose constructive solutions and navigate easily between different departments

Accountant – The Offer

• Gross salary ranging from 5000€ to 6000€, depending on your experience
• Additional benefits: company car with a fuel card, meal vouchers, net allowance, group insurance, hospitalization insurance, annual bonus
