Job Description

The Account Manager will develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and brand presence. He will also create and execute sales activities and prospection at key customers in target segments.

The Foodservice teams proudly represent their products across various distribution channels, including the HORECA sector, featuring the well-known and respected brand, as well as within wholesale networks.

Main responsibilities:

  • Key Account Management at regional wholesalers and structured commercial & B2B end-users to maximize sales and assortment.
  • Grow and prospect key wholesalers & end-users by identifying opportunities to maximize sales and assortment.
  • Execute sales excellence guidelines by:
    • Analyzing and applying the 4Ps (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion).
    • Implementing tactical actions to support strategic plans and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and account profitability.
  • Act as the main point of contact between assigned accounts and internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth coordination and customer satisfaction.
  • Support a performance-driven culture by taking ownership of results, actively contributing to team goals, and continuously improving account performance through data-driven insights.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events, ensuring effective representation and engagement with potential customers.
The Successful Applicant
  • Master Degree in Business Management / Sales / Marketing
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Account Management within Foodservice, preferably in cheese or dairy sector
  • Market and business Foodservice sales
  • Customer management
  • Strong entrepreneurial & problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication, analytic and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
