Airbus DS Belgium NV in Belgium seeks a skilled A400M MRO Network Maintenance Manager. Based in Brussels on a Belgium Air Force Military Base, you will lead the MRO network and drive on-time, on-cost and quality targets for MRO events, coordinating internal teams and external providers.

You will manage HR, compliance and budgets while aligning with ADS Central. Collaboration with CAMO, engineering, material, logistics and HSE is essential for efficient MRO activities.

Qualifications

• Aerospace engineer with experience in maintenance activities.
• 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience; knowledge of A400M is valuable.
• Project and team management experience; strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Advanced English and French; EASA/EMAR Part 66 C license is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead ADS Belgium MRO team (7 FTE) and external providers (>30 FTE).
• Ensure on-time, on-cost and on-quality targets for MRO events and services.
• Coordinate HR, compliance, recruitment and budget adherence with ADS Central.
• Collaborate with CAMO, engineering, planning, logistics, facilities and HSE.
• Develop continuous improvement and lessons learned with MRO partners.
