Kriete Truck Centers is seeking a Front Parts Counter Associate for the 2nd shift. This role focuses on delivering friendly, professional parts service, helping customers locate parts, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the parts manager, assist in inventory tasks, and uphold our high standards of professionalism and teamwork. High school diploma and valid driver’s license required; prior parts or customer-facing experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience in parts sales or inventory management preferred but not required.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in selecting parts and advise on companion parts.
• Process orders and keep records accurate and up-to-date.
• Pull, package, and prepare parts for pickup or delivery.
• Communicate stock status and back-orders with the parts manager.
