CAMMAERT TRUCKS in Temse is seeking a warehouse operator to act as the first point of contact for sales/ delivery of spare parts to internal and external customers. You will ensure friendly, prompt service by phone, email, and at the counter.

You will prepare quotes, take and process orders, and pick spare parts for pickup. You will handle administrative tasks from delivery notes to invoicing, and contribute to stock control and periodic inventories. Customer satisfaction drives your daily work.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main contact for sales/delivery of spare parts to internal and external customers.
• Ensure customers are assisted in a friendly, efficient manner by phone, email, and at the counter.
• Create quotations and specifications.
• Enter and process orders, prepare spare parts for pickup, and issue delivery notes.
• Handle administrative tasks from order placement to invoicing with accuracy.
• Be closely involved in the logistics process for returns and warranty-related scrappings of spare parts.
• Take care of daily stock management and periodic inventories.
• Maintain high levels of internal/external customer satisfaction.
