Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for the Supply Chain Young Graduate - Deliver program based in Beerse, Belgium. This three-year rotational program introduces recent graduates to the full Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain, with rotations across Beerse, Geel or Ghent and a September 2027 intake.

You will be supported by an Assignment Manager and Development Manager, developing a personalized plan, and preparing for a final placement within the organization after three years.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Scientific Master’s degree in 2027 with strong interest in Supply Chain.
• Master in Management is considered a plus.

Responsabilités

• Three-year rotational program across the Deliver Belgium organization.
• Gain experience in operations management, clinical and distribution, warehouse engineering, and network management.
• Work with cross-functional teams and projects to understand Deliver Belgium from local and global perspectives.

Moreover, the Program focuses on personal development. Throughout the rotations the Young Graduate is coached by a Development Manager, focusing on a tailor-made development plan to fit his or her ambitions and aspirations. By creating a general overview of the business, the Young Graduate will be ready for a new challenge within the Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain organization. After these 3 years-the Young Graduate will look for a final placement within the company.
