Johnson & J in Belgium invites applicants to join the Young Graduate Development Program, a three-year rotational experience across Deliver Belgium in Beerse, Geel or Ghent. You will rotate through Operations Management, Distribution, Warehouse Engineering, and Customer Service while building a professional network and receiving coaching.

Applicants should hold a Scientific Master’s degree in 2027 with interest in Supply Chain; fluency in English and Dutch is required; a Master in Management is

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Deliver Belgium from local and global perspectives.

• Assigned to both projects and operational roles to build cross-functional knowledge.
• Beerse, Geel or Ghent locations for rotations.

The Program

The Young Graduate Development Program is a three-year rotational program designed to introduce recent graduates to all aspects of the Johnson & J Supply Chain in Beerse , Geel or Ghent.

During the three-year rotational program, the Young Graduate yearly rotates within the Deliver organization in Beerse and gets the opportunity to gain experience in different functional areas, such as Operations Management, Clinical and Advanced Therapies Distribution, Warehouse Engineering, EMEA distribution network management, Transportation and Customer Service. The Young Graduate will be assigned to both projects and operational roles to get acquainted with Deliver Belgium from local and global perspectives. In this way, the trainee will get to know the organization and build a professional network.

The support

You will receive support for every project and can count on the experience of your Assignment Manager. Moreover, the Program focuses on personal development. Throughout the rotations the Young Graduate is coached by a Development Manager, focusing on a tailor‑made development plan to fit his or her ambitions and aspirations. By creating a general overview of the business, the Young Graduate will be ready for a new challenge within the Johnson & J Supply Chain organization.After these 3 years-the Young Graduate will look for a final placement within the company. The start date will be September 2027 .

Qualifications

• You will obtain a Scientific Master’s degree in 2027 and have a strong interest in Supply Chain.
• An additional Master in Management is considered a plus to develop the necessary business acumen.
• You have the brainpower and innate drive to make the difference and achieve results. Thanks to your analytical skills you manage to understand complex issues and related business needs.
• You are decisive, proactive and not shy to take ownership
• You can work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Thanks to your communicative and interpersonal skills you manage to work together with different levels of our organization.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch .

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€52,000.00 - €82,685.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
