Job summary

Komforce Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of a Zuora-based subscription billing platform.

This six-month contract covers the full quote-to-cash lifecycle from subscriptions and pricing to invoicing, payments, collections and revenue recognition. You will own the product direction, collaborate with finance, operations and technology, and drive initiatives across billing, pricing, invoicing and data integration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Zuora Billing experience (essential).
• PM/PO or consultant in subscription billing space.
• Solid understanding of subscription business models & recurring revenue management.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, invoicing, payments & collections.
• Experience working with finance and technology stakeholders.
• Available for a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap and priorities for the billing and subscription management platform.
• Drive initiatives across subscription lifecycle management, pricing, invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Shape requirements for Zuora-CRM-ERP integrations and data flows with accuracy.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and communicate roadmap decisions clearly.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and technology teams to deliver outcomes.
