Job summary

Umbrella Club seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our subscription billing and revenue management platform in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have strong Zuora Billing expertise and a solid background in subscription business models, pricing, invoicing, and integrations with CRM/ERP systems. You will own the product lifecycle, coordinate with stakeholders and engineering to deliver value quickly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner with Zuora Billing.
• Strong understanding of subscription management and recurring billing processes.
• Experience with product roadmaps, backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of billing integrations and financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap and prioritization of platform enhancements.
• Manage subscription lifecycle, product catalogues, pricing and packaging.
• Drive improvements across invoicing, payments, collections and dunning processes.
• Support revenue recognition, financial reporting and reconciliation requirements.
• Manage integrations with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, SAP and Oracle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into product features and deliver solutions.
