National Networks Plus invites expressions of interest for Youth Worker roles across the Sunshine and Fraser Coast region. We are a Not-for-Profit staffing agency committed to supporting health and community services, with flexible opportunities across multiple site types.

Duties include building relationships, following care plans, responding to crises, maintaining records, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or equivalent qualification.
• Hope & Healing Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain.
• NDIS Worker Screening current or willingness to obtain.
• Paid Working with Children Check current or willingness to obtain.
• Recent experience in a similar youth support role.
• Two professional supervisor references available.
• Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle.
• Comprehensive car insurance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with the people you support.
• Follow established care plans and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Respond to crisis situations with immediate support and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments and outcomes.
• Work positively with the team to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to community partner outcomes and service delivery.

As part of this growth, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from passionate and dedicated individuals with experience working as a Youth Worker who would like to be considered for upcoming client opportunities. YOUTH WORKER

• Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or other relevant field (eg: Disability, Mental Health etc.) - Or working towards
• Hope & Healing Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
• Current (Paid) Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)
• Recent and relevant experience in a similar role
• 2 professional supervisor references
• Unrestricted Australian Driver's License
• Comprehensive Car Insurance (or willing to obtain)
