Job summary

National Networks Plus is expanding its Youth Worker pool on the Gold Coast to provide community support services for young people. The role focuses on building positive relationships, following care plans, crisis response, and recording outcomes to help clients access appropriate supports.

Ideal candidates will have a Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (or working toward), current First Aid/CPR, WWCC and an Australian driver's licence, with experience in similar roles and ability

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or related field (eg: Disability, Mental Health) - Or working toward
• Availability to do sleepover shifts which may include school pick up or school drop off
• Hope & Healing Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
• Current (Paid) Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)
• Recent and relevant experience in a similar role
• 2 professional supervisor references
• Unrestricted Australian Driver's License
• Comprehensive Car Insurance (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities
