Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a permanent part-time Therapeutic Youth Worker in Gladstone to support young people in care. You will help them feel safe, build trust and look toward their futures, with shifts including mornings, afternoons and sleepover coverage.

Candidates should have a Certificate IV in Youth Work or related field, a valid driver’s license, and be prepared for extensive screening. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Empathy, resilience and a solutions-focused mindset are essential.
• Ability to work rotating rosters including weekends and overnights.
• Current driver’s license and probity clearances preferred.

Currently, we are looking for candidates available to work rotating rosters including weekends and overnights shifts as below:
0600-1400
1400-2200/Sleepover shift

Roster lines vary to suit your needs! With the ability to pick up additional hours if needed.
