Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions in Gladstone is seeking a permanent part-time Therapeutic Youth Worker to support young people in care to feel safe, build trust and believe in their futures.

You will work rotating rosters including weekends and overnights, with shifts from 0600–1400 and 1400–2200/Sleepover, and have the option to take additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, or Community Services OR willingness to enroll.
• Current driver’s licence and probity clearances.
• Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Availability across weekends and overnights.

As a permanent part-time Therapeutic Youth Worker (Gladstone location) with Lifestyle Solutions, you’ll support young people in care to feel safe, build trust, and believe in their futures. Currently, we are looking for candidates available to work rotating rosters including weekends and overnights shifts as below:

• 0600-1400
• 1400-2200/Sleepover shift

Roster lines vary to suit your needs! With the ability to pick up additional hours if needed.

• Salary packaging, up to $15,900 tax-free – take home more of your pay
• Entertainment card, up to $2,650
• SCHADS 2.1 $36.22 per hour plus Super and penalties, if you are diploma qualified 3.1 $40.49 per hour plus Super and penalties offered
