Job summary

Frontline Support Services is seeking Youth Workers for immediate subcontracting roles across Child Safety and NDIS support. Candidates should enroll in a certificate 4 in youth work or higher, hold a current police check, and have first aid/CPR.

ABN is required for subcontracting; a valid driver’s license and public liability insurance are preferred. Expect hourly pay with travel time and mileage considerations.

Qualifications

• Certificate 4 or higher in youth work or equivalent.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Public liability insurance and ABN for subcontracting.

Responsibilities

• Support vulnerable families and children with services including accommodation, transport, respite, and in-home support.
• Provide NDIS community access and personal care as needed.
• Handle invoicing and manage own schedule.
• Be available for sleepover/awake shifts if required.

Qualifications & experience

Must be willing to enroll in a certificate 4 in youth work or higher and provide evidence of enrolment.

Hold a certificate 4 or higher in youth work/relevant line of work.

Experience in youth work/NDIS or community sector would be beneficial but not essential.

Australian Business Number (ABN) - subcontracting position.

Public Liability Insurance (PLI)

Paid blue card/Yellow card

Open Driver's license or Green Provisional 2 license

Current Police Check Clearance or willing to obtain.

First aid and CPR certificate

Tasks & responsibilities

Supporting vulnerable families and children on supports such as:

• Commercial accommodation

• In-home Support
• Supervised family contact
• Residential support.

Invoicing
