Triple Care Farm Robertson is a leading residential Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) withdrawal and rehabilitation service located in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Supporting young people aged 16 to 24 years, the program provides a safe, structured and therapeutic environment where participants can focus on recovery, build healthy life skills, strengthen their wellbeing and work towards positive long-term outcomes. Through a holistic, trauma-informed approach, Triple Care Farm helps young people develop the confidence, resilience and independence needed to create lasting change in their lives.
We are currently seeking compassionate, motivated and reliable Residential Youth Workers to join our team on a Casual basis, working across a 24/7 roster.
As a Residential Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people within a residential rehabilitation setting. Through positive role modelling, practical life skills development and meaningful day-to-day support, you'll help create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can build confidence, develop independence and work towards lasting positive change.
Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
