Life Without Barriers is seeking a Youth Worker to support young people across the Moreton Bay region (Caboolture, Redcliffe, Deception Bay and surrounds). This permanent part-time role focuses on building safety, stability and independence throughhome and community-based support.
You will help with daily routines, life skills, and trauma-informed practice, while collaborating with families, carers and teams to promote positive outcomes for young people.

Role: Youth Worker
Location: Moreton Bay Region (Caboolture, Redcliffe, Deception Bay and surrounds)
Employment Type: Permanent Part Time
As a Youth Worker in our Towards Ending Homelessness for Young Queenslanders service, you will support young people to build safety, stability and independence. Working in home and community settings, you will assist with daily routines, practical tasks, behaviour support and life skills while providing consistent guidance and encouragement.
You will build strong, trusting relationships and respond in a trauma informed way, helping young people stay engaged in housing, education, health and community supports that promote long term stability and positive outcomes.
