The Y NSW is seeking a Youth Worker to build genuine connections with young people and create safe, inclusive spaces where belonging matters. You will support group programs, drop-in activities, and community initiatives, helping youths develop confidence and life skills in a respectful, non-judgmental environment.

You don’t need years of experience—just empathy, reliability, and a genuine desire to empower young people to thrive. Training and supportive team culture are provided.

The essentials
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Cert III in Youth Work or similar
