Mingara Recreation Club is seeking a passionate swimming coach to develop Mini Squad and Development swimmers, while advancing your own coaching skills. You'll create a positive training environment, build strong relationships with swimmers, parents and the coaching team, and help deliver high-quality programs across multiple squads.

Candidates should love athlete development, be reliable with attendance, and be flexible for early mornings, evenings and six days a week.

Competenze

• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• SCTA Foundation Coach Course or Development Coach qualifications (Desirable)

Mansioni

• Teach and develop foundational competitive swim skills
• Support swimmer progression through the squad pathway
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging training environment
• Build strong relationships with swimmers, parents, and fellow coaches
• Work collaboratively with the coaching team to deliver high-quality programs
• Occasionally attending designated swim meets and supporting club activities as required
• Encouraging, motivating, and mentoring young swimmers to reach their potential
