Job summary

APM is seeking a Youth Support Worker in Burwood, NSW to guide participants toward sustainable education and employment outcomes. You’ll deliver high-quality case management, build relationships with employers and community partners, and actively promote candidate strengths to match opportunities.

Join a collaborative team within the Transition to Work program. This full-time role includes base salary, super, incentives, training opportunities, and career development pathways.

To Be Considered, You’ll Need:

• Eligibility to work in Australia
• A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle is essential
• Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
• Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
• Availability to work full‑time Monday to Friday (8:30am–5:00pm)
