Job summary

The Salvation Army in Bundaberg is seeking a compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our casual team. You will provide practical, emotional and crisis support to young people experiencing homelessness, disadvantage and complex life circumstances within a safe 24/7 residential environment.

You\'ll build respectful relationships, support independence and life skills, and assist with implementing support plans and goals to help young people achieve positive outcomes in their lives.

You’ll provide practical, emotional and crisis support to young people experiencing homelessness, disadvantage and complex life circumstances. Working in a supportive 24/7 residential environment, you’ll play an important role in creating a safe and welcoming space where young people feel heard, respected and supported to achieve their goals.
