Danila Dilba Health Service in Darwin seeks a Social Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Manager – Youth to lead culturally appropriate, trauma-informed youth programs.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, drive program delivery, and integrate cultural practices with evidence-based mental health strategies, with a fixed-term until 30 June 2027.

Applicants must identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, and hold qualifications in mental health or related fields.

Competenze

• 2 years of SEWB, mental health, AOD, psychology, or related discipline experience.
• Proven leadership and staff mentoring ability.
• Knowledge of social determinants of health affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
• Ability to use culturally sensitive methods to improve client access.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High resilience and flexibility to handle challenging situations.
• Computer skills, especially in client information systems.
