Anglicare Tasmania is seeking a permanent, full-time Practitioner to join the Families, Children & Young People team in the North West, based in the Devonport or Burnie office. The Supported Youth Program delivers outreach-based support to young people aged 10-18, focusing on safety, connection and wellbeing.
