Job summary

Stride Mental Health is recruiting a part‑time, non‑clinical support worker based in Armstrong Creek, VIC. You will assist service users, review needs, and support independence while maintaining accurate records and contributing to outcome measures.

We offer an excellent base salary with super, salary packaging up to $15,899, meals/entertainment allowance, 17.5% leave loading, wellbeing day and strong training opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Cert IV in Community Services or related discipline.
• Experience supporting people with mental health in recovery‑oriented settings.
• Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and ability to engage respectfully.
• Eligibility to hold WWCC and willingness to apply for NDIS screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular, flexible, non‑clinical support to service users.
• Help review client needs, monitor activities in Support Plans.
• Assist clients toward independence with information, training and resources.
• Routinely perform outcome measures and data collection.
• Record time, sign off activity, and maintain case notes in the system.
• Participate in Communities of Practice and professional development.
