Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of faith formation programs for youth across the Archdiocese.
• Assist in organising diocesan youth events, retreats, workshops and leadership initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with parish youth groups, clergy, schools and Church agencies.
• Provide resources to parish-based youth ministry programs and volunteers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote participation and engagement in youth ministry activities.
• Prepare program materials, communications, and promotional content.
• Attend meetings, events and committees as a representative of the Catholic Youth Ministry team.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and administrative documentation related to youth ministry activities.
• Contribute to the Archdiocese's youth ministry mission, strategic priorities and pastoral objectives.
