Job summary

The Catholic Archdiocese of Perth is seeking a practising Catholic executive leader to set strategic direction for its Archdiocesan Agencies, aligning faith formation and social outreach with Gospel values. You will guide Agency Leaders, embedding a Catholic worldview across operations and improving service impact for clergy, parishes, employees, volunteers and the wider community.

Reporting to the Chancellor and Executive Director, this role requires flexibility to work outside traditional

Qualifications

• Qualification in theology, ecclesiology, missiology or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior role within a ministry of the Catholic Church.
• Proven ability to align mission and strategic priorities with organisational culture.
• Experience delivering strategic plans and service models across diverse organisations.
• Leadership of change in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to Agency Leaders in alignment with Archdiocese vision.
• Build relationships across Chancery, clergy, parishes and external Catholic organisations.
• Oversee governance, budgeting, WHS and annual reporting for agencies.
• Drive innovation and transformation to improve service impact and consistency.
• Develop formation and professional learning for Agency Leaders and teams.
• Lead performance coaching and succession planning of Agency Leaders.
