Qualifications

• Monitors compliance with court orders for young offenders.
• Uses culturally appropriate, evidence-based assessment and intervention skills.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support victims and offenders.
• Prepares and presents verbal and written reports for the Children's Court.
• Maintains records and information management to ensure accountability.
• Participates in professional development and accreditation activities.
• Demonstrates cultural capability to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage dual roles to monitor court order compliance and address risk factors.
• Reduce re-offending through restorative justice activities and evidence-based programs.
