Job summary

Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking an Administration Officer Level 3 to join the Western Area Adolescent Team. The role focuses on delivering welcoming reception, accurate data entry, and reliable administration to support youth health services.

You will provide front-line customer service, manage health records with strict confidentiality, and assist clinicians and staff in coordinating care for young people and families.

Qualifications

• Previous reception and customer service experience.
• Proven ability to manage health records and data with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional reception, switchboard and administrative support.
• Coordinate appointments and prepare documentation for multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage client health records and ensure NSW Health confidentiality policies.
• Support operations including ordering supplies and general office coordination.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient-centred service delivery.
