Qualifications

• Experience in Employment Services or youth services is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team.
• Strong relationship-building with employers and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Youth Consultants.
• Manage KPIs, targets and branch performance.
• Build and sustain relationships with employers and local organisations.
• Create opportunities for young people to gain work, education and training.
• Oversee day-to-day running of the branch.
