Job summary

Anglicare Victoria is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for the Navigator Program in Werribee. You will work intensively with young people who have disengaged from school, alongside families and schools to address barriers and re-engage students in education.

Qualifications

• Extensive case management experience using diverse frameworks and approaches.
• Expertise in mental health, disability, education or family services.
