Connectability Australia is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join a team in New South Wales. The role involves providing personal care and assistance to a male participant (8 years old) and helping with community access and activities.

You will support walks and outings, offering gentle guidance and ensuring safe routines while promoting wellbeing. Ideal candidates will have experience with Autism and/or vision impairments, be patient and calm in communication, and capable of providing

Qualifications

• Valid Working with Children Check is mandatory.
• Experience supporting children with Autism and/or vision impairments.
• Patient, calm communication and gentle approach.
• Able to provide physical support when required.
• Reliable and committed to consistent support.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and domestic assistance.
• Assist with community access and activities.
