Qualifications

• Experience working in NDIS / disability sector is essential.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel to supported sites and hubs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored employment supports to young people aged 15–22.
• Assist participants to explore strengths and build real‑world skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary youth therapy teams to support goal achievement.
• Facilitate workplace integration with on‑site support after placement.
