Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking an Employment Coach to support young people aged 15-22 across homes, schools and community settings. This part-time role offers hands-on employer engagement, tailored supports and strong team collaboration with interdisciplinary youth therapy teams.

You will help participants explore strengths, build skills and secure meaningful work experiences within diverse environments. Travel and flexible hours are required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to travel as required to support service delivery.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Valid driver's license.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• Experience in NDIS / disability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored employment supports to a small group of participants.
• Provide on-site support to assist workplace integration.
• Collaborate with employers to promote inclusive practices.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports.
• Attend weekly hub team meetings.
